CYRUS successfully passes mid-term review

The mid-term review of the CYRUS project took places in July 2024 in Rome, after completion of the first 18 months. The review, conducted by an independent expert and a representative from the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA), assessed the project’s progress in developing and delivering cybersecurity trainings for employees in a variety of job roles. These courses are designed to equip the workforce in the transport and manufacturing sector with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and mitigate cyber threats.

The CYRUS project partners met in Rome for the review of the project

During the review, the project partners presented their findings on cybersecurity skill gaps in the two sectors, various cyber threat scenarios and the workforce profiles that would benefit from cybersecurity training. They also highlighted the status of the course design and development process as well as their plans for the second half of the project.

After completing all pilot trainings by the end of October, the project partners will evaluate the feedback and refine the trainings for the final delivery, scheduled for April 2025. This process enhances the effectiveness of the final version of the trainings.
