Building on insights from recent EU policies and reports, InnoHive 2025 by EIT Manufacturing will focus on addressing the pressing needs of the manufacturing ecosystem. Core topics will include, among others:
- Talent development and skills transformation: bridging the talent gap and ensuring a future-ready manufacturing workforce through continuous learning.
- Emerging technologies: harnessing the power of advanced manufacturing with a focus on AI, advanced robotics and materials.
- Circular economy and green technologies: leveraging green technologies to reduce emissions and promoting circular economy for a competitive advantage.
- Inclusive workforce: advancing equity and diversity to foster industrial innovation and agility in a fast-moving world.
- Investment acceleration: supporting innovation through targeted investment to accelerate time-to-market and startup growth.
- Defence and cybersecurity: strengthening autonomy, resilience and security in critical sectors with dual-use technologies.
Inclusive innovation and strategies boosting competitiveness, as key drivers propelling Europe toward a sustainable and resilient manufacturing future, will take centre stage at InnoHive 2025.
In this year’s edition, CYRUS will be present with a booth in the expo area and organise an in-person training on 9 April.
In-person training “Today’s information security”
This workshop is an introduction to the current cybercrime and cyber security scenarios with an overview of the characteristic aspects of modern cyber-attacks the trends and evolutions of cybercrime. It begins with an introduction to cybersecurity, followed by an exploration of the main principles related to IT Security and OT Security, including the CIA paradigm and more. The course also provides an overview of modern cyber-attack trends and real cases, along with cybercrime statistics and key aspects of evaluating cyber risk in today’s environment.
